RUBI DCX-250 Xpert Electric Tile Cutters The RUBI DCX-250 Xpert range is built for intensive cutting of porcelain stoneware (BIa) and all types of ceramic tiles (BIIa, BIIb, BIII, AIb), while also handling occasional cuts of natural stone. These professional-grade machines feature a highly reinforced aluminium chassis with RUBI’s innovative triple beam system and steel reinforcements, ensuring maximum stability and rigidity during use. The mobile cutting head glides smoothly along a reinforced aluminium guide, delivering precise and clean cuts. A built-in mitre system allows adjustable cutting heights to suit different materials and applications. Cooling is handled by the advanced C3 Python system, which targets water directly to the cutting point. This improves cooling efficiency, reduces splash and water loss, and enhances blade performance and lifespan. A double steel decanter recycles used water back into a 30-litre external tank, making it easy to clean, refill, and maintain. For portability, each model is fitted with off-road-style wheels and a reinforced handle, making site transport straightforward. The foldable legs are reinforced with a quick-locking safety system and include a built-in levelling adjuster to ensure a flat working surface. To protect user health, the DCX-250 Xpert comes with RUBI’s ZERO DUST system, certified by TNO*, which significantly reduces airborne silica particles during cutting. *TNO-certified for “safe exposure” levels of respirable quartz dust, allowing up to 3 hours of ceramic tile cutting and 1 hour of natural stone cutting in a closed 15m³ space.
